三心

The three minds, or hearts; various groups are given:

(1) Three assured ways of reaching the Pure Land, by (a) [lang id =1028]至誠心 perfect sincerity; (b) [lang id =1028]深 profound resolve for it; (c) [lang id =1028]廻向接發願心 resolve on demitting one's merits to others.

(2) (a) [lang id =1028]根本心 The 8th or ālaya-vijñāna mind, the storehouse, or source of all seeds of good or evil; (b) [lang id =1028]依本 the 7th or mano-vijñāna mind, the mediating cause of all taint; (c) [lang id =1028]起事心 the ṣaḍāyatana-vijñāna mind, the immediate influence of the six senses.

(3) (a) [lang id =1028]入心 (b) [lang id =1028]住心 (c) [lang id =1028]出心 The mind entering into a condition, staying there, departing.

(4) A pure, a single, and an undistracted mind. There are other groups.

﹝出宗鏡錄﹞ 〔一、 根本心〕， 謂第八識心王能含藏善惡種子， 出生染淨諸法， 故名根本心。 （第八識， 即藏識也。 ） 〔二、 依本心〕， 謂第七識依根本而生， 能與第八識傳送染淨等事， 故名依本心。 （第七識， 即末那識也。 ） 〔三、 起事心〕， 謂眼耳鼻舌身意之六識， 對六塵之境， 能起分別染淨等事， 故名起事心。 （六塵者， 色塵、 聲塵、 香塵、 味塵、 觸塵、 法塵也。 ）

１．觀無量壽經說： 「一者至誠心， 二者深心， 三者迴向發願心。 具三心者， 必生彼國。」 ２．一、 淳心， 即信心深厚； 二、 一心， 即信心純一； 三、 相續心， 即信心相續不雜餘念。 ３．由歡喜地至法雲地之十地中， 每一地都分為入住出三位， 叫做三心， 入心是初入其地的時分， 住心是住於其地的時分， 出心是將出其地以便進入於後一地的時分。
